about

Almost all of the tracks on this album are raw and uncut performances on a Korg Volca Keys analogue synthesizer--I say "almost", because "Improvisation 5" and "Improvisation 6" are indeed uncut, but nevertheless altered after the fact in Audacity, and thus not "raw". (In both cases, the original recording is layered over a slowed-down version of itself, and in the case of the latter track both layers have been stretched beyond recognition, like Silly Putty.)

This work is dedicated to the female pioneers of electronic music, including (but not necessarily limited to):

Delia Derbyshire
Daphne Oram
Eliane Radigue
Suzanne Ciani
Laurie Spiegel

And as always, this work is also for my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
